In 2024, approximately around 95.4 percent of online users in the Netherlands were accessing the internet with a mobile phone or smartphone, up by one percent compared to the previous year. Between 2020 and 2024, internet access via tablet devices also experienced an increase, with 47.8 percent of users reporting going online using these types of devices in the last measured year. However, the share of users accessing the internet via laptop regressed to 75 percent in 2023.
