A study conducted in Ireland in October 2020 asked children and teenagers which of the most common forms of cyberbullying had happened to them. Overall, 59 percent of respondents reported that nasty or hurtful messages were sent to them and 28 percent said that they had been left out or excluded from an online group activity. Additionally, three percent of respondents said that they were forced to do something they did not want to do.
