In a survey conducted in May 2022 in the United States, 22 percent of sports fans stated that they felt U.S. college sports were heading in the right direction. Meanwhile, 26 percent of U.S. sports fans believed college sports were on the wrong track and 52 percent did not know or did not have an opinion.
