The majority of Nigerians support a democratic government for their country. However, according to a recent survey, Nigeria is a democracy facing some problems. For about 51 percent of the Nigerian respondents, the country is a democracy with major problems, while for around 28 percent of interviewees, such issues are relatively minor.
