In a survey conducted in Nigeria in 2020, **** percent of respondents declared that they were alone deciding how to use any money they earned, for example from a job, a business, or other activities. Some **** percent of Nigerians, on the other hand, stated that their spouse was making such decisions. The respondents stating this were almost entirely women.
