Based on an online survey carried out between June and July 2020, ** percent of the African businesses that took part in the study reported that they wish the government provided working capital to firms during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Moreover, also ** percent of the companies claimed they would like to have tax payments postponed, while ** percent wished access to low interest loans.
