Based on an online survey carried out between June and July 2020, ** percent of the Southern African businesses operating in the service sector that took part in the study faced a drop in the demand for the products and services they provide. Moreover, ** percent reported a decreased opportunity to meet new customers due to the pandemic, while ** percent addressed a lack of cash flow as a major challenge.
