People in Spain searching and applying for jobs online in 2023, by formal education
In 2023, approximately a 22 percent of the population with high formal education used the internet to search and apply for jobs in Spain. This percentage was only 14% for those with low or no formal education. The European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies Data reveals that there exists a disparity between the internet usage of people with a low, medium, and high formal education level. This disparity although present in most countries, differs widely in its severity.Â
