The share of internet users informing themselves about goods and services online in Iceland saw no significant changes in 2021 in comparison to the previous year 2020 and remained at around 93.5 percent. In comparison to 2020, the share of people informing themselves online decreased not significantly by 0.6 percentage points. Over the observed period, the share of people informing themselves online has been subject to fluctuation.
