Preferences for home office after pandemic in Canada 2021, by industry
As of 2021, teleworkers from the finance and insurance industry made up the largest share of Canadian employees who preferred to work most of their hours remotely once the pandemic is over, with about half of surveyed employees from this sector stating this. By contrast, teleworkers from the educational services represented the highest percentage of employees wishing to work most of their hours outside of home, with about ** percent of them indicating this option.
