The source also specified that the tests were carried out according to 131 criteria. During the study, specialists used applications as ordinary users: they searched for and booked cars, traveled to different cities of Russia, during each stage of the rental they tested the operation of various functions of the application. An additional test of security applications was also carried out using specialized software. As a result, all key functions were tested, convenience, information security, performance and reliability of car-sharing applications were evaluated.
Each of the criteria received its "weight" (that is, a certain influence on the final score), depending on its significance, which made it possible to form the most objective assessment.
The condition of cars and their cleanliness, as well as user satisfaction with the service, were not taken into account in this study.
