In a 2020 survey, 58 percent of individuals aged under 24 expressed that that mental health was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This was the age group with the largest number of respondents in agreement with their mental health being affected followed by the group with individuals aged 25 to 34 years old, who recorded a share of 49 percent.
