In 2020, nearly 82 percent of infants in Latin America and the Caribbean had access to the third dose of the diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine (DTP3). This figure shows a decrease of approximately 10 percentage points in comparison to 2010, when the average share of immunized infants in the region added up to over 92 percent.
