During a survey conducted in Brazil in 2019, about ** percent of smartphone users with internet access interviewed said they had used voice commands on their mobile devices. One year later, this percentage increased to about three-quarters of respondents. As of 2019, personal digital assistants, such as Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant, were the most commonly used voice technologies worldwide.
