According to a survey conducted in 2021, mobile phone usage was higher among children aged 17 to 18 years old, and correspondingly, among their parents too at ** and ** percent respectively. In comparison, fewer children in the age group of 10 to 14 years and their parents engaged with mobile phones. With higher mobile usage, Indian children experienced higher online risks.
