Video game subscription services provide gamers with access to a library of hundreds of video games for a fixed subscription fee, often offering different tiers which provide various features and upgrades. It comes as no surprise that those who devote more time to their video gaming hobby would be willing to spend more on these types of services, which include Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Now, and EA Access. During a survey carried out in the United States in May and June 2020, respondents who identified as serious gamers stated that they would be willing to pay an average of ** U.S. dollars per month for gaming subscription services.
