PADD stands for Petroleum Administration for Defense District. PADD 5 encompasses the West coast states from Washington to Arizona. And also Alaska and Hawaii.
Figures were manually added by ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ from individual movements between each PADD. PADD 5 outflow to PADD 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Crude oil and petroleum outflow from PADD 5 (West Coast) decreased over the years, after having peaking at roughly million barrels in 1985. By 2019, figures had dropped to some **** million barrels. Since 2000, there has been no outflow of petroleum from pipelines in PADD 5.
