In 2019, the majority of the electric scooter sharing users did not own a private step or never used one. However, from the ones who did (** percent out of 1,041 respondents), ** percent used their private e-scooter **** times a week or more.

According to another survey held in Brussels, ** percent of the people said to use kick scooter sharing instead of going by foot, whereas roughly ** percent used it as a replacement for public transport.
