In Mexico, women's beauty and personal care routines have changed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent quarantine measures implemented. According to a survey carried out in May 2020, more than out of ten Mexican respondents affirmed they improved their facial care routine during quarantine, due to more time available. Moreover, ** percent of the women surveyed reported having increased the use of skin moisturizers due to dryness caused by the extra cleaning taken as measure to prevent COVID-19 contagion. Meanwhile, around *** third of respondents said they stopped using perfume daily, a result of not leaving home.
