Huawei ramped up their smartphone sales significantly from the first quarter of 2016, when they sold **** million units to million units in the third quarter of 2019. However, Huawei suffered a dip in sales, due to the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. There were signs of a recovery with an increase in sales from Q1 2020 to Q2 2020. However, in the fourth quarter of 2020, Huawei suffered another, more significant loss and dropped to million sold devices.
