Reasons for choosing a bank in France : importance of CSR 2019
In the context of the environmental crisis, French banks have an important role to play in the ecological transition towards a more sustainable development model. And yet, most people in France consider that the banks' contribution to this transition is minimal, or even non-existent. According to this survey, however, more than half of the French population considers the social, societal and environmental commitment of banks to be an important criterion in their decision to become or remain a customer of a bank.
