The assessment was based on the activities that individuals have carried out over the past three months in the following five categories: work with information, communication, setting up digital equipment, use of online services, and operation of the software.
The digital skills level were defined as follows:
Above basic: possessing skills from all groups on the level above basic;
Basic: possessing skills from all groups under he condition that at least in one group the skill level was basic;
Low: lack of skills in one or two groups;
No skills: lack of skills in all five groups.
Figures may not sum up to 100 percent due to rounding.
