The outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Romania caught most of the companies relatively unprepared concerning the existence of a risk strategy plan for this type of situation. As a result, only 11 percent of respondents stated that they already had a risk strategy plan developed. However, only two percent of companies declared that their risk plan had been previously tested.
