Participants from 28 countries aged between 18 to 64 years old in the U.S. and Canada and 16 to 64 years old in all other countries.

In a survey conducted by in 2019, regarding the opinion on past national infrastructure projects in selected countries across the Asia Pacific region, ** percent of respondents strongly, or somewhat, agreed with the statement that India had a poor record at getting national infrastructure projects right. Contrastingly, only ** percent of the respondents thought Japan had a poor record at getting national infrastructure projects right in 2019.
