In 2019, a survey revealed the preferred promotional activities related to sheep milk cheese among Italian consumers. It emerged that 47 percent of the respondents were interested in promotional activities taking place during trade fairs and gastronomic events. Tasting corners available in retail stores were also found to be appreciated by 45 percent of the consumers under survey.
