When considering the introduction of a universal minimum income in France, the source had asked the a sample of more than 1,000 people, representative of the French population about whether or not they were in favor or against the idea in 2016. It turns out that more than half of the respondents were generally in favour of the idea of introducing an universal basic income, with 15 percent of people who were completely in favor of it.
