Online survey
Total survey respondents: 3,210 teachers, 1,163 principals, 1,219 district administrators and 2,696 students. Only students in grades 3-12 were surveyed.
The survey uses a broad definition of digital learning tools, including websites, apps, online tutorials, online games and videos or programs used to teach and support student learning and schoolwork.
Original question: "On a typical school day, how much class time do you yourself spend using digital learning tools to learn for each of the following classes? (All of class, About half of class, Less than half of class, No class time at all)."
