The 鈥淧rimera Encuesta 2020. Usuarios de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones鈥 contains the results obtained through various surveys carried out in 2019. These include the results of the Primera Encuesta 2019, Segunda Encuesta 2019 and Tercera Encuesta 2019. The Cuarta Encuesta 2019 was excluded since the target audience of the study involved micro, small and medium sized companies.

According to the results of the surveys conducted from March to August 2019, nearly ** percent of Mexican mobile phone users claimed to access WhatsApp through this device. Meanwhile, approximately **** percent of respondents said they used Facebook on their smartphone.
For users of fixed internet, Facebook was also a popular social network among respondents aged 18 to 24.
