The source defines digital game developer as a company or business with one person or more who does one or more of the following: a) develops digital games for mobile (mobile / tablet), computer, web, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (RA), social networks or console, for profit and non-profit, as a primary or secondary activity; b) develops entire games or does game development services for clients or partners. They may also perform other activities.
During a survey carried out among digital game developers in 2018 in Brazil it was found that **** percent of the developers are engaged in digital game development, and **** percent developed IT Software.
