In 2018, 51 percent of the Finnish millennials booked medical appointments via their computer, while only 30 percent made a phone call. In similar vein, most of the respondents (43 percent) received their test results on the computer. However, when consulting a medical expert, 62 percent of the respondents went to the doctor, while 28 picked up the phone. Generally, tablets were not used for medical purposes by the Finnish millennials during this year.
