In 2018, the millennials of the Nordic countries primarily used traditional means when dealing with medical issues. When booking a medical appointment, 45 percent of the respondents picked up the phone in order to do so, while 16 percent used their smartphone. Furthermore, 60 percent of the respondents had consultations with medical experts in real life, while only six percent used the computer for this purpose. In line with this, the majority of the respondents received test results in real life. During this period, none of the millennials used tablets for medical purposes.
