According to a survey conducted among ** Italian enterprises in 2018, the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) was largely expected to have a significant impact within the following five years, bringing about new products, services, and business models. Over half of the respondents, in fact, believed that the impact of AI would be disruptive. By contrast, only **** percent of respondents thought that AI would bring some minor changes to their industries, without however disrupting their key structures.
