A majority of Indians under the age of ** preferred to use online sources to access news, whereas, those above 35 years of age are more inclined towards traditional offline sources for news as of early January 2019. About ** percent of the surveyed respondents under 35 years of age use online sources as their primary source of news, whereas only ** percent of the older respondents consider online news as their primary news source. Radio remained a low priority for both age groups, however the younger respondents used it a little more than the older respondents.
