The original survey question was: "Do you follow one or more of the following nutrition rules?" This statistic shows the share of all who answered "Vegetarian (not eating meat and fish)".
*Depending on the country, the survey was carried out in the fourth quarter of 2025 or the data aggregates four survey waves for each quarter from the 1st of 2025 to the 4th of 2025. For the following countries the data was aggregated: Austria, Belgium, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. Respondent numbers are generally over 3,000 respondents.
