Almost 150 years after Italian writer Renato Fucini penned this phrase, the popularity of the picturesque villages perched on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast remains unchanged, especially among international travelers. In 2024, the number of overnight stays on the Amalfi Coast exceeded 2.3 million, the highest figure reported to date. That year, inbound tourists accounted for over three-quarters of overnight stays spent at the renowned destination.
