Zim Integrated Shipping Services—known as ZIM—is an Israeli cargo shipping company founded in 1945. Over its existence, ZIM has become the world's 10th largest container ship operator and the leading Middle Eastern operator in terms of ship capacity. In 2023, ZIM was controlling around two percent of the global container ship fleet. As of May 2023, ZIM was operating 139 container ships with a combined capacity of nearly 600,000 TEUs.
