The source adds the following information: "Social and material vulnerability index (2010) is composed of a set of indicators that measure the marginality of a territory under different aspects: territorial, demographic, social and economic. It is therefore a multidimensional index that takes into account, for example, the incidence of young people who do not study and do not work, the presence of large families,
of people without a qualification, overcrowding, etc."
If the index shows less than 97 the territory has a low vulnerability index, between 97 and 98 the risk is medium-low, between 98 and 99 medium risk, between 99 and 103 medium-high risk, above 103 high risk.
