Dalits are members of the lowest caste in the traditional Indian caste system. Adivasi is the collective term for the indigenous peoples of mainland South Asia. The Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) are officially designated groups of historically disadvantaged people in India.
The survey question was phrased as follows: "Should the Modi-led BJP NDA government get another chance after the next election?".
