By the revision of the Act on the Prevention of Spousal Violence and the Protection of Victims, the system of 鈥淥rder Prohibiting Approach to the Victim鈥檚 Child鈥 was established in December 2004, the system of 鈥淥rder Prohibiting Phone Calls or Other Behavior鈥 and the system of 鈥淥rder Prohibiting Approach to the Victim鈥檚 Relative, etc.鈥 were established in January 2008, and from January 2014, this Act also became applicable to violence by the partners who share the principal residence with the victims, and to the victims of this violence.
