Vibra Energia – formerly known as Petrobras Distribuidora or BR – was the leading fuel distributor in Brazil in nearly every segment it operated in 2024. That year, the company held a share of over ** percent in the country's diesel distribution, and was by far the largest distributor of fuel oil, accounting for around ** percent of the market. In the ethanol fuel segment, Vibra Energia had a share of some **** percent, ranking behind main competitor Raízen, the licensee of Royal Dutch Shell in Brazil.
