Question asked: What sort of impact, if any, has the #metoo movement had on you, personally, in terms of the way you relate to your co-workers?
Sexual harassment was defined in this survey as ‘unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal (non-touching) conduct of a sexual nature’. Although technically sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact (unwanted contact) was defined as ‘anything from an unwanted quick sexual touch to more serious unwanted physical sexual contact’.

This statistic shows the levels of impact that the #metoo movement has had on the ways in which co-workers relate to one another in Canada as of January 2018. Whilst the results show that ** percent of respondents admitted to not really thinking about issues surrounding the #metoo movement and saying that it had no real impact at all on how they relate to their co-workers, ** percent of respondents said that the movement had a major impact, claiming that they were now more determined to take action to end workplace sexual harassment.
