Sexual harassment was defined in this survey as ‘unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal (non-touching) conduct of a sexual nature’. Although technically sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact (unwanted contact) was defined as ‘anything from an unwanted quick sexual touch to more serious unwanted physical sexual contact’.

The findings show that as of January 2018, ** percent of women who experienced sexual harassment at work reported this to their employer, compared to ** percent of women who did so in 2014.
