This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in Italy among banks, FinTech companies and other financial institutions as of 2017. The aim of the survey was to find out the perceived normative barriers to the implementation of innovation in the Fintech sector.
As of the survey period, ** percent of respondents claimed that regulations in the digital identity authentication were strong barriers to innovation.
