Between the years of 2013 and 2024, **** percent of artists nominated for Grammy awards were female, and **** percent were male. The share of nominated women in 2024 came close to the one in 2021 again, reaching ** percent. The 2021 number, however, took the share of men nominated for a Grammy below ** percent for the first time since the source began investigating gender distribution in the industry.
