The net occupancy rate of bedrooms in hotels in Poland showed a steady increase between 2012 and 2019. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the occupancy rate drastically decreased, reaching 36.3 percent in 2021. In 2024, this indicator increased to nearly 50.8 percent, reaching the same level as in the pre-pandemic year.
