* Recapitalization through shares, preferred shares or contingent convertible bonds (also called CoCos). This amount includes the investment of FROB in Sareb, through the subscription of shares and subordinated debt for an amount of 2.192 million euros.
** Guarantees can be grouped in:
1. Asset protection schemes (EPAs), in which the FROB assumes a percentage of the losses in certain loan or property portfolios awarded.
2. Compensation commitments granted to entities that have acquired entities in resolution, related for the most part with legal contingencies.
