* The survey asked respondents to rate their experiences with Road Performance Software (RPS) on a scale from one to six, with one being very satisfied and six being very unsatisfied. Due to low responses, the share of respondents who answered five or six were merged into one group. Approximately 35 percent of those interviewed did not have any experience using RPS.
