DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) is an Obama administration immigration policy that grants deferred action status to illegal immigrants who entered the United States before their 16th birthday and before June of 2007, and are currently in school, high school graduates, or were honorably discharged from the military. They must also be under age 31 as of June 15, 2012 and not have been convicted of a felony, sever misdemeanor or three or more misdemeanors.
