The analysis is based on data collected from MedCruise member ports. As of 2025, the association had 78 members representing more than 160 ports in the Mediterranean region, including Adriatic, Atlantic, Back Sea, East Med, and West Med.Â

In 2025, the combined number of cruise passengers at MedCruise member ports in the Mediterranean Sea reported an annual increase. That year, Spain recorded the highest figure, with **** million passengers. Italy and Greece followed in the ranking in 2025, with **** million and ***Â million cruise passengers, respectively.
