Global leading utilities companies 2024, based on brand value
As of 2024, the Chinese state-owned electric utility corporation known as State Grid had a brand value worth over 70 billion U.S. dollars. That brand value gave State Grid the distinction of being the world's largest utility company based on brand value by a significant margin. Enel, based in Italy, came second in this ranking, with a brand value of less than a fifth of State Grid's in 2024.
